Then at 12 years of age I became a soldier in christ on that very day I had my first cigarette - wow what a rush - my first high and new best friend. Dr.'s nurse gave me those brown mm's to take my appetite away and said cigarettes were the way women kept their weight off. Even Jackie smoked - it was the 60's
I swore I would not get freaked out about the food until I had 90 days without cigarettes - but I stayed home from work today to have heat fixed and made a deicious cherry pie - just to make the house smell nice. And also, to keep warm.

I will join an eating support group soon - guess I loved the feeling of being such a star - getting all the hugs for not smoking - ony to have gained 7lbs. Good luck to me - I am actually laughing as I am writing this.
