Good Morning World - I woke up and looked all over for my non-existent cigarettes - I was groggy and forgot I am a non-smoker. These cravings are insideous - pop-up at the strangest times. I just keep remembering not one puff - not even one puff ever. I am white knuckling - but I know that will pass too. It is still hard and I am in mourning for them - but I am also - just a little - feeling relieved that I don't have to be a slave to them anymore. My life is truly my own - not owned by any other substances - a minute at a time - I did not smoke today.

Oh Mornings are the worst for me, especially this morning, with only 1 day under my belt. I keep taking deep breaths and reminding myself I do not smoke and then tell myself how not smoking makes me happy. I really need some convincing about the being happy part!
You are doing so well and I think a celebration is in order! Bring on the scantily clad dancing boys who feed us grapes! ;-)
