It is Sunday and I can finally change the face to good - going back to work tomorrow - without the killer cylinder I can't believe I found this website - it is the best thing that has ever happened to me for my addiction. I still am spacy - today I thought I was like Shelly Winters - in The Posidian Adventure - when she dove under the water to save everyone - she finally died her lungs just exploded - thinking of Bette Davis and Paul Henrick in Now Voyager - sharing the killer cylinder - oh what fun - but what a price I have paid - still can't breath - well I won't think of that anymore for today. Took Mom out to brunch - did not have to run out to puff - now I am getting my clothing ready for the week. Thanks World - I feel like I can belong to you for another day. I did not smoke today.
