Depression
Pretty sure that is where I am at. All I want to do is sleep. I don't really want to talk to anyone.
I am having to force myself to eat or leave the house.
I am eating right now and I hope that brings on more sleep. I have hit bottom emotionally.
And having a mother of an anxiety attack. I have made some bold decisions about moving on and the STBX matters less to me every second of every day.
I am where I am in this process and I will take it up the road one baby step at a time.
I will get there when I get there.

Hugs Amy. Please hang in there, I love your wit and you have a killer sense of humor. Dont let the light in you die because of someone elses actions. STBX is mattering less and less and that is a good sign. I know its tough but if you can force yourself to maybe even take a walk around the block outside for some fresh air and a little exercise this can release some endorphins which no drug can duplicate. I am praying for you, your support to me has been priceless, you MATTER. Please I pray you hang on and battle through.
Thank you sir. I appreciate your kind words and your support. I have good days and bad days, and good moments and bad ones. I am getting out a bit more and have restricted my facebook and who I talk to. It has been very difficult. I had crappy sleep last night so I tried to nap today and that was an epic fail thanks to the city noise. I deeply appreciate your prayers and I have gotten back into a prayerful life recently. It helps a lot. I also am writing, journaling and drawing more. I have a lot to be grateful for.
I am sorry for your recent pains. We will get past it. This forum has changed my life for the better....because of people like you.
Good Amy, happy to hear that! You\'re hitting a rough patch but you\'ll break through I know it, you\'re too strong not to. I thought I was going to have to euthanize my moms cat after her death last week and have him boarded but today on a whim I posted on Craigslist and found him a home, I\'m meeting the family tomorrow so there was a little rainbow right there. My daughter was so happy. I already have 2 dogs and a cat and after my wife left I just couldn\'t take on another pet so it was sad but now I feel I accomplished something positive in all this turmoil. Hang I\'m there Amy your advice and wisdom are so valuable we\'re close to the same age (I\'m 50 this year) and enjoy your perspective. *hugs*!!
Hi again. The rough patches are gonna be there and I will just have to trudge through like everyone else. I am trying to be more careful and thoughtful about my decision making on all fronts.
I am happy you could find a home for your mom\'s cat - that is a rainbow indeed. I have my 3 animals and while I love them dearly, they are work and a huge responsibility. You have indeed accomplished a good thing there with the cat. Being more productive and solving problems helps me feel better, even just little things every day. :)
Again, my condolences.
Hugs,
Amy
