Brianna showed me some of her wedding pictures yesterday when we were having coffee.  Our awkward little girl was one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen. I had to catch my breath when your green eyes where reflected in hers. I had never noticed the similarly before. I worked in the yard before I came to work. Trying to get ready for Danner’s wedding reception in late September.  The girls and I are also having a celebration of life for you in October. We picked your birthday weekend and plan to have one amazing party for one amazing man.
It has been one long weekend at work and I am glad to have two days off to spend some much needed time at home.   The renovation of the pool is scheduled to start today and Pete is taking up the sunroom floor so we can install a cork floor. I am also changing dish networks and having the kids come take the hot tub. The day should be hectic and productive.
I wish I had more to write but my days are close to being back to the normal I knew before your passing. Despite my wishes at times the world continues to spin, the days continue to fade into night and my life continues to go forward slowly without you.
You know that I love you and I know without a doubt you hear me whisper your name and hear my thoughts and silent prayers. You are with me with every breath that I take. I continue to walk forward one step at a time and I continue to remember.
