Serious bad painwrapping around my chest. everytime I try and stand up I feel like gonna pass out, this has been going on for about 8 hrs I haven't a clue what it is or if it's something to do with my SM ? I have been having some kind of seizure like activity went back to neurosurgeon only to be told seizure aren't related to SM and or Chiari. The Duke neuro said if I had seizure i would be first in world to have one,  I have read several people talk about seizures or seizure like activity, Idk what to believe.  Then while I was in hospital with the seizure activity my bp kept going up then way back down, Noone could answer why that was happening either in that 48 hr time. They keep saying don't know like it's not important but to me doesn't seem healthy for that to keep going on, and I have been checking it since ho.e and it still doing that.  Now neurosurgeon sending me to a neurologist because what's going on isn't related to Chiari and SM and they are going to run a bunch more tests and look for other reasons why I can't walk but a few minutes then my body is trembling So bad I have to sit or lay preferably wherever I am at, and that's not related to Chiari and SM.  Does anyone know if any of this is related to anything that they know of? I would like some help with questions for my new neurologist so I can get proper testing to find out what is going on? Any advise welcome and thanks for providing a place to come to and talk about all this.
