Day 2

Yesterday was pretty crappy. I felt sick all day, and sad, and mad, and ashamed, and scared. Now I'm over 24hours in and i still don't feel great but I'm much more clear today.  Quitting drinking still seems daunting but doable. Very little support from Lisa but she will come around when she sees I'm serious.  We have our work Christmas party today, should be easy goings cuz no alcohol there.  Me and Lisa rode together so there should be no temptations of stopping on the way home.
