Off on my days last time, today's day 57. Last time I made it 3 1/2 months. I'm closing in on my second month. Favorite quote this week.
…the one fact you can’t deny is that thinking about the past isn't ever going to change it. Nor is fearing and anticipating the future going to change that. The only place in which we’re able to make a change is in the present moment – now. The greatest opportunity we have is the opportunity to choose again. Every second and every action, we get to choose to do the right thing. That we chose wrong or didn't choose in the past is beside the point. The question is, what am I doing with this choice?
