Today I added a little more exercise.  I also picked some swiss chard from the garden and baked a sweet potato.  I didn't eat my afternoon snack today, but I will have something for dinner other than cheetos and an english muffin tonight.  Baby steps.  I also looked at some healthier lunch alternatives and some more snack options during the day.
I would like to take a short hike some time this week.  Something that gets me out in the forest early in the morning.
