Really shit day. i binged then purged. i even felt myself not wanting to do it before it happened but i still fucking went through with it! i am such an idiot, i cant make anything right for myself. i feel like i dont have the strength to do this, i dont know if i ever will. And i spoke to my brother today and he's not making it over at the weekend cause the weather is to bad to make the ferry crossing. Yep it's been an overall shit day.
