i've been thinking about just killing myself the past few days
i cant do anythingw
whats the point of being okay if i know i will feel this way again? it always comes back
i just wish these thoughts would leave and never intrude again
if i didnt have my parents i would already be dead
i fucking hate feeling like this all the time. why is this fair? i hate this fucking disease and i cant imagine living with this for the rest of my life.. sometimes it feels like it will pass and its just a phase im going through but i will like i will never cope with this
i fucking hate this i fucking want to die i wish i would die in my sleep tonight and my parents didnt fucking care about me so i could leave without feeling guilty fuck

Is there someone in your life you can talk to immediately? A professional or even a trusted family member? Please don\'t despair, things can be better. Thinking of you.
I understand how you are feeling. Living with Bipolar Disorder is like being stuck in a cage and there is no key nor hope of a key. I\'m not going to lie to you and say that these feeling will never return. But if you reach out to someone that cage can feel a lot less small.
If you need someone to talk to immediately, then I recommend the site 7cupsoftea.com. The site connects you with an anonymous trained \"talker\" who can help you get you out of your head.
If talking it out isn\'t your bag then exercise will be your best friend. I know, I know, when you are depressed exercise is about as appealing as Danny DiVito in a hot tub, but it is great for getting the emotions out in a healthy way. Try thirty minutes of light exercise, Walking is great, if you live in an area where you can walk. Try putting on some music that perks you up, or listen to a book on tape. If you don\'t live in an area where walking outside is an option, walking your home or apartment will suffice. Open the windows and let the air in.
If you need some way to ground yourself and keep yourself \"in the moment\" then taking an icy shower or bath is great. Just make sure you do not stay in for too long!
Of course there is the old fashioned help line. The old standby as I like to call it. I have used my city\'s suicide hotline so often that several of the operators know me by name and recognize my number. No joke, I even have it on speed dial.
It may seem bizarre at first, talking to a stranger about feelings that you may want to keep secret, but you can not bottle these emotions up.You need to let them out. Do you have family members that are safe to speak to?
And if all else fails, you can always come talk to me! I may not have all the answers but I can certainly listen to you.
I\'m sorry the site is 7cups.com! Not 7cupsoftea.com my bad!
