A look back at my week...Monday Tammy came to ask me questions for Project Hope.When they set up the appointment they said there were a lot of questions & they weren`t kidding.I don`t mind tho if it helps one other woman avoid what I went thru its well worth it.Some of the questions were on the strange side.Like did my brother or sons go bald before thirty.Just the spots I tore outta their heads LOL! Anyway she is going to keep in touch.Tuesday I got my water bill & if it wasn`t so expensive I would have the kids throw some water in my face to revive me!! We get billed by how many thousands of gallons we use.Then they charged the same for the sewer. My bill has been all over the place.This time it was for twelve thousand gallons and it was over a hundred bucks!!! Thats one longgggg shower LOL! Wednesday the water department is closed but I had a friend check for leaks in my crawl space. No leaks,nothing running no way I used 12,000 gallons! He did notice my two meters don`t read the same.Yesterday I called the water department and the seceratry said she`d send someone out then or today.Yesterday there was a huge water main break so she thought it would be today.Still no waterman 
wait till I don`t pay them!! I have another gripe as long as I`m at it.Our mailman! He is always messing up the mail.I have lived here close to seven years & the woman upstairs almost nineteen years but he mixes up our mail.The other day we got all of each others mail.It`s not so much I get her mail but I get other peoples mail and so does she.We complained but as you can see it did no good.I was telling my landlady about the water & she said well Union City is the asshole of the country.
Missy has been working a lot.It would be nice if they hired her full time.My parents take her to & from work.If dad doesn`t want to ride along most times I do.I get so excited to go for a ride,my head out the window..hehe Well Monday I rode along and my mom warns us "I don`t feel good" Then she threw up on me!! OMG!! EWWEEWW!! From now on I want the back seat!! She`s feeling better now.Me..I`m still green!! Hey! I got a new pet! Sea monkeys! I`m going to try to post a pic soon for those who have never seen them.The weather here is nasty,very icy.I need to go get my circus peanuts & curl up with a good book.Daves mom gave me three huge books of books.We read mostly true crime but there are other types of books in there.Hope you all have a great weekend!! Dear Chimmer, I really enjoyed our chat last night. Want to talk again soon. Sorry about your accident in the car--yuck. Don\'t get me statrted on the water co. I have here. They really are crooks and it isn,t even rated safe to drink by the EPA. I have had to buy bottled water for the last three years to drink and yet the water bill has gone up. The sewer rates also went up because they were supposed to make them better and I haven\'t been able to properly flush my toilet in almost a year because of the poor sewers. I said don\'t get me started and I did it anyway. Enjoy your book and keep cozy and warm. Hugs
My hubby is a mailman I ask him what you could do and he said to call and ask to talk to the Postmaster and he would straighten this matter up real fast. Have a good weekend! Love, Cathy
I know what you mean about huge utility bills! They are getting horrible. And what the heck is up with these groceries???!!! It seems since the new year started they jacked up all the grocery prices. What used to cost 130 is now almost 180. Who can afford that with three hungry teenage boys at home? Not me. We\'ve had to tell them they need to cut down and quit snacking on everything in the house. They\'re going to be in for quite a shock when they move out and have to buy their own groceries, won\'t they :). Hope you have a great day! Love and hugs!1! Heather

Chimmer you are like a good book. Always enjoy reading your post because you have the best sense of humor. On the serious side everything is just getting to high. What are people going to do? Eat once a day, sit in the dark, one bath a week. It is just getting ridiculous! Enjoy your sea monkeys! Have had them a few times myself when the kids were little.
hi chimm my funny friend ,wow thats a heavy water bill you got.we`re having problems like that over here ,in the isle of white and several other places in the uk ,they have their water metred ,thats expensivve! we dont ,but both my mum and i noticed both lots oof water bills have shot up in the last couple of months ,and without any warning either ,gets you ,doesnt it?!!

i cant believe you all still have snow there ,we never did get any!!only dreary old rain ugh!
