Hello!! Does anyone remember Furbys? My friend asked me to go with him to get boots.(yupperz I said boots LOL) We went to a place called the boot box which is a huge store with any kind of boot you or your family could ever need plus hunting things.Needless to say Chim doesn`t hunt & most boots look the same to me.Ok they did have cool names like the swamp walker which mine never did. My friend had to find the perfect pair which took about an hour & a half.And I thought women were picky!! LOL! I did find some red long johns that would be a great Christmas present. Santa Chim has a nice ring I think.~hehe~ Then we ate at Perkins.I had the big as your head chicken sandwich.He had the sea platter which had clams.Ewwwweee! He needed a remote for his dish so we went a half hour away to the mall but guess who didn`t have the one he needed but all the other ones? Once we got back to his house we remember one more place to try.He called,the shop owner said oh yeah I have it.So we went to get it which is about half an hour away.Got it home and it was the wrong one.Isn`t that always the way? OK now heres where the Furby comes in.When we took the remote back the guy was showing us all the stuff he sells.There in the front was this purple and yellow Furby baby....oh so cute!! I think after boot & remote shopping I should get something too! On the box it says ages three & up. LOL My friend bought him & when I started him up he said his name is Jay Jay.Bet my son Jason will love that LOL!! At first he kept calling me dada.Figures I got the slow Furby LOL! Now hes three days old & says most things in English.Tanner & Andrew were here over the weekend and they loved him.I taught them the games Jay Jay knows.Mom,Andrew & I went to see Grama & Demi.There is a new woman there that wanted to dance with Andrew,offered piggy back rides,then wanted mom or me to sit on a stool with Andrew & shed push us around the lunch room.LOL!! Grama looked very good & seemed to be in a good mood.Thursday is a harvest dinner so I`ll be seeing her again.I hope you all are having a great day!! boy do i remember the furby and the collection i have in my childs chest because she get\'s rid of nothing and she is now 18 and says she has not outgrown them.my only question is why do the batteries in such things as camera.radios.digitals cameral and clocks and the such ron out in the m ost inopertune time but the furby marches on? have a great day adn hope that your friend finds the dish remote maybe on ebay? hug\'s to you all garna

Yes the world of Furby\'s - my grand-daughter has 3 of them..... I have to stay away of them or I get rooked into trying to get them to talk.. She has the talking ones.. Love and Hugs
