I fell todaywalking with my walker to the bathroom. My brother in law heard my head hit the floor and came running. Between the two of us we got me back up! Good thing I started working out and able to assist in my rescue! Sore!
I\'m sorry that you fell again. Good thing your brother in law heard you. Good for you to not give up. My mother falls all the time but she does not try to get up on her own. She lays on the floor until someone comes or either she calls someone if she has her phone close by. Keep exercising so you will get stronger. Take care of yourself.
Hi sweet lady, maybe it is time for a powerchair ? I had to go into one a few years ago, it is bittersweet, nice to not fall anymore, but sad to need it.I Love you dear friend.
