Sunday night, I got my 9 year AA chip. It felt great. I was so nervous. More than usual, but I can't explain why. I think a lot of it has to do with all the calamity that I've been through this past year. And these past few months have been really intense for me. I know I have a lot to be grateful for, and I thank God everyday for both the good and the bad in my life. Because without the bad, I would not have learned to endure the walk through it to find the good. I sometimes get easily frustrated for little things. I only have so much patience, then I find myself losing it over the smallest thing. I realized even though this caregiving job didn't work for me, God did answer my prayer about not having to clean that big bank at nights. He is making someone else clean it, while me and my co-worker concentrate more on our small banks and the administrative building. So God did answer my prayer, just not the way I had imagined. Now to find another job, I'll just have to wait until I can get my own transportation and start looking around.
