I was about to lose it this afternoon. Still trying to get my money back from Directv. Now that my old debit card is closed, these people tell me that they tried to credit the money back to the card. But since it was closed, they will have to refund the money to my ex-husband's account, since it was used to pay his bill. That makes no sense to me whatsoever. I tell them," So now that you've used my debit card to pay his bill, you are going to reward him with $300. more of my money?" I DON'T THINK SO!!!! I think I got through to the girl I was talking to to make her understand how ridiculous this sounded. They are working on something else, so I have to wait a little longer. Oh God, I don't need this.
