I guess I just let my feelings take over a times. Still overwhelmed with personal crap. It's February and I haven't heard from my lawyer on my impending divorce proceedings. That's one thing that's got me nervous. Wondering if I will have to face hubby in a courtroom. My anxiety is so bad, I really don't care to see him. My emotions are all over the place. I want to see him, to see how he is doing. But I don't want to, because of his temper. I don't care to ever fight with him again. And I'm not defending myself to anyone anymore. I don't have to. If I choose to do or not do something, that's my decision and I should not have to defend or explain my actions to anyone. I guess I'm still so very angry about a lot of things concerning the last few years of my marriage. Still upset with hubby for so many reasons. That may take some time to work through. But I'm learning how to take care of myself. I'm working full-time. I'm on my own. Nobody can kick me out of where I live today. I pay my own bills, and come and go as I please. My apartment is warm and cozy. Rocky is always happy to see me. I love coming home these days, as compared to before. It's peaceful and quiet. My neighbors don't bother me. And I'm clean and sober. I am so very blessed. And it will take some time to work through the rest of the crap. But I'll be o.k. One Day At A Time, (sometimes less).

Feelings will get you drunk! The steps are your way out of those feelings.
You need to start writing your 4th step instead of this journal.
