Not a very good day.Activity started at 9 and continued through until 2. Was very deep down and low key but still there nonetheless. Had a little activity between 2 and 5. Went to the gym about 6 and felt pretty good for the hour I was there. Very little activity after dinner. Same sort of pattern as the last few weeks where something seems to happen within about 48 hours of a bike ride. Have anopther ride planned for Sunday so will see how that goes.
