Good day all.  Busy week (typical), but got through it.  Worked long days this week, and my son had Boy Scouts Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday he performed community service by working a church's monthly dinner, and last night (Thurs.) was his open house at school.  All I can say is TGIF!!!!  Going to Dave's class reunion with him tomorrow night.  It's his 25th.  It'll be nice to get dressed up and go out for the evening.  Tonight is his pre-reunion get together.  We're going down to the local watering hole for pizza and beer.  So, busy weekend.  I'm nervous/excited about going to the events with him this weekend.  Won't really know anyone that's going.  I can mingle with the best of them!   I told him I didn't have to go, because you know how reunions are, catch up with old friends, etc., and I didn't want him to feel he would have to babysit me.  Told him, he doesn't have to, but also that if he wanted to go alone it was ok.  Didn't want him to feel obligated in asking me.  He told me he would have a much better time with me going.  So, I have this slinky little black dress I'm going in.  Have never worn it, and I think this is a good reason to break it out!  Ok, question.....Dave's not a very tall guy.  I'm 5'2 1/2" (yes that 1/2 inch matters lol), and he's 5'6".   I was planning on wearing these very close to 3 inch heals with this dress.  Do you think it bothers guys when their date/significant other is the same height or a hair taller than them?  Do you think it bothers them?  Honestly,  I can't go the rest of my life without wearing heals.  I love shoes!!!!  That's my weakness.  Please share your thoughts with me on this one, if anyone has any. There's a definite chill in the air...not ready for it!!!!  Please someone have a chat with Mother Nature and ask her to extend summer for a wee bit longer.  I dread having to break out the Winter garb.   I do love Fall, but hate what leads up to it after the season is over with.  Have some yummy peaches someone gave me from their tree, and am going to make a peach crisp.  Attempt to anyways....I'm soooooo not the baker.  I know how to do it, just don't enjoy it.  I'd rather cook up a storm anyday than to bake.  But, what else am I going to do with the peaches.  I must have close to 30 of them!!  Well, I need to get my daughter up and ready for school, and then head off to work.  Extra hours today (normally don't work this job on Fridays).   Hope all is well with everyone, and you all enjoy the weekend.  Hey Dinz, if you read this you and Janet should go to the Big E (the New England fair).  It's going on until the end of the month.  Just a thought.    Take care all.  Miss and love ya much!! xoxo

Hehehehe Iam taller than S (not by much - barely noticable - I think). I found men really don\'t mind if a woman is taller at all...as a matter of fact I think they like it. Have a great time.

Hi my buddy old pal. I hope you look good, feel good, and blow his mind in that little black dress! There\'s no better feeling, when I\'m of size, then putting on a nice tiny black dress for a nice outing! ALL men love those! Most men I know, prefer to be the taller, bigger of the couple. But the men I know r insecure anyway, and have that Napolean complex if their woman is talller! LOL You have fun 2night, and plz tell me how it goes!!! Love ya, Nichole

I don\'t think a guy who is comfortable with himself and the relationship will have ant height issues, heels accentuate a woman\'s calf muscle and leg curvature most exquisitely, and therefore always acceptable, at least in my opinion. It\'s not like you\'ll be towering over him. And entering with you will probably make him feel ten feet tall anyway.Knock\'em dead, sister and have a ball.
