Ok....I'm pissed!!!! My stbx owes me 60 bucks in arrearages for child support and owes me for this week too. I'm being very fair to him. I could be getting alot more from him, but am tryingto be fair. He gives me 100 bucks a week. I know that I could get between 175 and 200 a week. Yet, I am last on the list. I found out last night that he went and played poker, high stake anti, and low and behold, he lost....so I already know he's going to tell me that he can't afford to pay me. It pisses me off. I'm struggling and trying to get by and he has the life of leisure. Um, I'm all done being shit on. I'm going to court and file for support. We have been dealing with this between us without courts because I'm trying to be fair, and we havent' filed yet. But enough is enough. I'm tired of being taken advantage of. I really am. Therefore, I'm going to ask the courts to handle it. I shouldn't have to beg, I mean my God!

I am right with you there!!! I gave up being \"NICE\". Once it is in the court hands, they take it right out of his check and its on its way to you! How does he expect the kids to eat, or have clothing, or whatever. You should have no morals in that department. When he keeps it from you, hes really keeping it from the kids. You have to take care of yourself and your kids, so don\'t feel like you are doing something bad by going to court. I never had to because my ex is very fair and has always paid the check on time! We had the agreement we made through ourselves approved by the courts though, so there is no room left for discrepancy. Do what you have to do to secure the money you need. Best wishes.

I would definitely ask the courts to take care of it. If they are taking it straight out of his paycheck weekly then he won\'t have much of a chance to argue with you on it. I mean my goodness, this is for his children. He\'s quite lucky he\'s getting by with giving so little per week for more than one child.
