confused

im so confused about how i feel right now, i dont feel bad but i dont feel good and jess keeps asking how i feel and what can i say? what do you tell some one when you truthfuly dont know? i cutt once, a couple weeks ago and its not fully healed yet but i diddnt tell jess about it but i go see the doc agaion and he always wants to see my arms and hes gunna see and prob tell jess then i lose her trust which im not sure if i care that much about. im just really so confused...does any of that make any sence at all?
