there is no point in tears, not that i could cry them anyway...everything in my sight just seems so cold, i dont want it to be, i wanna be happy and just stay that way. but never am....jess the girl i go see my counciler, shes a great person but i realy dont think she helps me that much...

Honey, I am so sorry that you\'re having a terrible time. You can share what\'s going on if you want, or not... I was just thinking about you this morning before I turned on the computer. Please don\'t give up on counseling, it\'s a long process with many ups and downs. Believe me, I\'ve been there. I was in counseling for 5 years and it really changed my life so much for the better, but there are long times when it seems you\'re at a standstill. Think of it as a roller-coaster--some of the ups and downs can be pretty nauseating, but eventually it\'ll level out. Sending hugs and prayers, Carol
