idk

slept over my freind alka's house last night, her mom has suffred with depression since she was a teen so talked with her...didnt do much but thought i would try.  i have been wanting to cutt ALL day to day and yesterday...but wasnt able to cuz i was at alkas...so as soon as im off the comp arms are gunna be bleeding soooo much....not good but i need to, i just wanted to post an update...
