time
what i have learned since i stopped gambling is that the peace is just as strong as the urges, but the peace last longer
next on my agenda is slowing down, the drinking, the trying to feel numb, i want to be in the present, and i want to meditate and go within and continue my journey for peace
with the help of God alone, i am well on my way
tax money came in, it was usually gone by now, now i marvel at the fact i very rarely think about gambling anymore
i went on a trip to FL for work, and i was shocked i had to force myself to remember i had G problem, i was on the return flight, like hmmmm, or yeah...i am in recovery
very happy, life is good

Way to go Itsjustmeagain! I can\'t really say that I feel the \"peace\" yet, but I am grateful I can say \"no\" to the urges. It is awesome that you have kept your tax refund in place. So proud of your progress so far - keep on this road of recovery!!!
