Valentine's Day

Every year we would go over to our son's house or have them here for dinner, have a card and small gift of love for him and each child.  He just posted through a mutual friend, a picture of him with each child or should I say each girl.  I don't know how to take it?  Is it him laughing at us that they are having a great time together without us?  Or is he trying to share with us?  What also bothers me is the way the only boy in the family is treated.  No picture or mention of him.  The 9 year old was left out of the family Christmas picture too.  He gets picked on being the only boy and has become very withdrawn.  I need prayer for all of them but especially for our little grandson who is so sweet, sensitive and kind.  How I wish I knew that he is being treated ok. Guess all I can do is pray and give it to God.  I really pray hard to God but still worry which I know is wrong then I question my own sanity.  This whole situation is insane.

Missing, I am guessing when you refer to \"posted\" you are talking about FB? I don\'t ever try to find my ES on FB and even my DD....we are not FB \"friends\" and we are both fine with it. I know FB isn\'t all bad, but in our estrangements.....FB only causes us more pain. And, we all know, pictures really don\'t tell the full or true story and our minds can take us to places that don\'t even exist. I say that, because I have done the same thing. Your grandson may be in pic that was never posted or there may be a number of other reasons his pic wasn\'t on there. I worry about my estranged grands too but I catch myself and stop it and give them over to God and ask for His protection. Do we trust our God to protect them and hear our prayers? If so, remember to take your thoughts captive and think on what you know is true, not what you \"feel may be happening\" (ie why es is posting, your grandson not being in pic, etc.) The enemy is thrilled when one of God\'s children\'s mind starts to wonder and causes worry, anxiety and depression. Please don\'t allow yourself to go there. Stop looking at certain friends\' FB pages, especially if you know your son is a mutual friend. No good will come from it. You know what things to look at and are pleasing to God and you. Prayers and a huge virtual hug to you, my sister.

I am so sorry about your poor grandson...I know that must really worry you.....but I am sure he will turn out ok......not sure why they are putting just pics of the girls on FB that is kind of weird......FB is NOT my friend.....I stay far away from it..the few times I have looked up people it just hurt me so I don\'t do it.....better to just get off of FB all together.......it is sad that it was good before in years past and now isn\'t.....my situation with son and DIL has been bad since the day he said he was involved with her.....because I knew she would ruin our lives ...and she has......Hang in there you are not alone
