We're told to do what makes us happy. But yet we're institutionalised and forced to go places and do things with people we don't want to. To be happy I need to be free. Free to make my own choices, my own mistakes, my own path. Happiness is NOT being forced to go to the same institution every day every week every year to memorise things that I neither care about nor will aid me on my later life, surrounded by people I can't stand the sight of who take huge joy in ridiculing and humiliating and hurting me as much as humanly possible. How can I possibly be happy in that environment? Where everyone's goal is to stab you in the back as much as they can and take your feelings and chew them up and spit them right back at you. That's not happiness, or even in any way useful. That's mentally damaging and each day it just gets worse. Preparing me for life and giving me a brighter future? Then why have I developed most of my disorders whilst in high school? All they do is crush your dreams.
