Today my son is playing his video games.  it keeps his mind off of the girl he met at the hospital.  He is totally obsessed with her.  People are telling me its normal teenage stuff and I am trying to believe it is as well but you know in my heart I really dont think it is.  Especially what happened last Monday with him repeating himself.  I am really trying to blow it off, but my instinct is telling me it is something different That is why I am so concerned.  Because if it was just normal teenage stuff I would be able to let it go.  Yep this is freaking me out.  I want my son so much to be ok.  I will bring it up to his therapist tomorrow.   There was no school today because of the weather but I was going to keep him home anyway.  To spend some time with him and so he can adjust.  Yep his time is on the video game.  I hattttteeeeeeee video games.  But it is a mental health day for us both so I will let him go. Oh here is some good news I heard back from my lawyer about the child support issue.  His father never provided documentation for him not being able to work.  So the support is going up from 107 a month to 261 a month.  Now of course he can appeal it but because he did not provide the documentation it wont do him any good.  They cant garnish his wages because he says he is a seasonal worker.  So we just have to stay on top of it.   Another piece of good news is that the case manager called me yesterday I said that family based therapy will be starting soon. She moved quick because they had a waiting list until May. We were suppose to have the IEP meeting today but we have ice coming down from the sky  the towns are pretty much closed down.  So hopefully next week we will get that done.

Boy, you\'ve sure got a lot going on at once. Glad your son is home. I have to re-read some journals to find out exactly what the problem is that he\'s in therapy.
Glad dear old dad has to pay his dues. It\'s never right for fathers to get off without paying for their children. It\'s unconscienable that a man would even think of not supporting his own child. It\'s hard on you, I know that.
Sorry you have ice coming down from the sky. It\'s just raining in Jersey and tomorrow it\'s supposed to clear up.
Well, try and have a nice weekend. The weather isn\'t on our side, but tomorrow is always another day.
Chin up, friend.

Thank you Darla for the support. Ahh you know it all keeps me on my toes. I agree it is not right for dads not to support their children In PA they do not take it into consideration during custody they look at it as if dad\'s should not have to pay to see kids. When they really should look at it as if the father is willing to make sure their child as what they needs.

Yep, you\'re right! The kids needs should come first, but politics rule! It\'s stupid and thoughtless! arrghhhhhhh!
