Today has been a very painful day for me regarding fibromyalgia status.  I felt as though I was doing better with the pain and symptoms, then WHAM, it smacks me in the face and plows me down.  This is frustrating for me and at times, I just want to give up.  I feel like I fighting a losing battle with the pain and symptoms I am experiencing.  My current treatment consists of Zoloft, Ibuprophen and Tramadol.  Xanax as needed. I use Aspercream also.  I use warm, moist heat as needed too which has been a continual thing for the past 2 weeks.  Is this ever going to let up?  My knees, legs and feet are the worst areas for me right now.
