Someone in here mentioned these letters:  "Something is Better Than Nothing", and that's kinda where I seem to be at.  My occasional Vietnamese lady-friend keeps calling me (!), so I must be doing something right!  Between my fire and her ice we sorta make lukewarm water, and "something is better than nothing".  She texted me saying she needs a movie and a backrub, so I'm going to oblige...just keep it light, Mike, warm and loving, but LIGHT...and funny...been told recently (by another woman) that I'm TOO deep, and I recognize this...there is a point when being "too deep" kills the love and the FUN...wanting some stability, but lightening it up folks...to understand said Vietnamese lady-friend, she has a certain "circle of intimacy" that she does not want violated (she's very much like my cold, stoic German parents...very work-oriented and never THAT cuddly or touchy-feely...thank God my sisters came along...they...one of them anyway...likes that!), so, to love said Vietnamese lady-friend is to understand her and understand this.
