Day 32

Today is probably going to be the hardest day of my lifestyle change. The day after Thanksgiving, all those leftovers staring at me in the fridge.
It's going to be almost unbearable! I just have to really keep thinking about the 11.8 pounds I've already lost and how much more I have to lose. My total weight I have to lose is way too much to think about. Its overwhelming and seems impossible to someone with a food addiction, therefore I've made one small weight loss goal at a time. 8.2 more lbs to lose before my first 20 pound loss goal is met. I'm more than halfway there!!
I love my family, and I love that I've made the decision to get better for myself and for them. It scares me so much that at 24, I'm highly likely to have a heart attack or heart disease because I'm so heavy. Not to mention just the everyday aches and pains I have that almost bring me to tears. I feel like my body is breaking, and I'm only 24 years old. I don't want to feel like this anymore so I must keep going!
I need to look at that food in the fridge like it's evil. It's bad for me, and will make me gain my weight back and everytime I step on that scale and hear a lower number, I just get that motivation to keep going!
I gotta keep going! Get BACK ON THE HORSE! I WILL do this!!!
