Thank God, Mom got through her pelvic ultrasound ok--just her left hip played her up, badly, but she had a great tech who was even considerate enough to help her on/off the table!  I am hoping that she just went back to her room to sleep, 'cause she didn't get any, last night; the CO detector in her room had a low battery that kept going off, saying, "Low Battery, Low Battery..." I asked her why she didn't wake one of us up, so that we could've replaced the battery & then she could've gotten some sleep...well, she didn't want to wake any of us up!  What am I going to do w/my mom when she "misbehaves" like that....?Anyway, they think they may've found the reason for some of her discomfort; seems her gall bladder is actually misplaced and pressing up against one of her kidneys...apparently, the gall bladder is not leaky, or bad, acc. to the blood test; just pressing up where it's not supposed to.  All else appeared to be in order...she's still pretty nauseous, though; just had some lightly-marged toast and tea, after she got home, but that set her stomach off, right away...I just don't know about that...Well, back to my job applying; I am giving myself until the new year (+/-) to find my own $, before I knuckle under and ask my folks for "assistance" to help me get some re-training...I hope that the Target job fest, tomorrow, lands me "something" that will just bring in some cash...I wish everyone a sane Thursday...tomorrow, I know that I will be sci-fi-ing, and putting this week to rest...:>0
