still

I haven't run in 2 days. Yesterday I had a little bit of a withdrawal from that.
The sun is out today so I will go this afternoon sometime. I still got that pain under my left boob where I fell.  It doesn't look swelled but I can't help but think I cracked a rib er somethin.  Makes it hard to do things.  It will heal eventually, I suppose.
Hope you all have a great day!

just take it easy, unfortunately they cant do much for the ribs even if they are cracked. I understand the withdrawal, when I don\'t go on the treadmill I feel antsy

I cracked a rib when Zee bucked me off one Oct. I was working at another farm and I had to get my daughter to help. It was Jan before I could climb up on the tractor without crying in pain

The point to that story is to suggest you slow down so you can heal faster. Don\'t push to run the same distance until you are well.

Now that all of us are in agreement that you need to relax for a bit! I suggest you get cozy and watch a little TV or read a book! Hope your weather stays beautiful. We just had a lot of rain the other day.

Keep posting so we know how you are doing.

Thankyou all. I understand. I was thinking the same thing that even if I had xrays and it showed a crack or break, that there is nothing they can do so it would be a waste of my time. I took ibprofen earlier and and feel a little better but I feel tired for some reason. Coming up on my runnin time and I don\'t have much energy. Know what? I might take today off as well. I will run to the post office (In my car that is) and mail my packages for the day, then take my car into the shop,(have an appoitment to get it tuned up) and take it easy for the rest of the day. That will make 3 days off in a row which kinda depresses me but when healed, I will make up for it.
