bad day

Yesterday I had a very bad day.  I am almost out of money, ebay has been slow,  I need a ton of work on my old car, and the list goes on and on.  I lashed out at some people around me, said some things I now regret,  and am just very down on myself. Then I remembered that I forgot to take my antidepressant medication.  I guess I'll have to tie a string around my finger.
It doesn't help that this is the Christmas season and certain people expect me to buy for them when I am low on money.  My shop is a mess and I have no motivation to clean it.
I haven't felt this bad in a long time but hopefully it will pass.  It just sucks, thats all.
I am going to an AA meeting tonight. I need it very bad!
Hugs!

I\'m sorry to hear you had a bad day - the meeting is an excellent idea. Whoever said that Christmas was a \"holly jolly\" time obviously didn\'t have depression!!! Hope things get better for you

Hi Bob! Sorry you are having a bad time.

I have a bunch of jewelry that I have made to sell. It is gift boxed and ready to sell. I would love to find someone who would want to make 25% of what they sold. They would have to ship it to customer when it sells. The problem is I can\'t afford to pay them if it doesn\'t sell. Do you have any suggestions for this?

I hope you feel better soon!

Hugs, Lisa XX

Bob: This time of year brings out the rough edges on all of us. Just shake yourself off and put on some good music. If you need to clean up an area, spend just 5 mins., or less in that room. Go back to it later.

As for presents, I like to bake cookies or buy some at a bakery and give them to friends A candle or wonderful jar of jam is always appreciated.

Go outside for a walk or turn the music up in your house and dance around the kitchen! It relieves stress. You are among the crowd this time of year! Do not put any pressure on yourself.

Okay Bob, we all know you are a very positive person. So, yes, a great friend and you give Christmas to a lot of people without realizing it. You bring cheer and hope. Times are hard and I take it you are the only one working in your household. It makes it tough when we have to be the one to take the brunt of making the living. I am always poor and so on. It is this day and age, not the Walton\'s anymore. Yes, I love that show, so don\'t ya laugh. Point is you are trying so hard and sometimes a person can try and it seems like it isn\'t working. How well I know. I am going through that now.

Jogging works for you and I still remember about the goats. Lord, that was funny, and I do know not at the time. However, it brought a smile to my face just thinking about you running. I have a vivid imagination. Kind of like when I went to the zoo and a billy goat started trying to hump my leg, everybody was laughing, shoot. Yes, they will be waiting for their gifts and their bills paid, and that in itself says who the strong one is. It is you. We all get down and out, we all need an ear or helping hand, but like I said, days of the Walton\'s are fading. Hugs to a wonderful friend.

This year is a struggle here on my end. I am putting my 9 year old first. He still believes in Santa. My girls who are in their twenties understand. Utilities alone are so high anymore. I try to not think about it much. Its scary though. Taking a lot of comfort in some pretty xmas lights. I\'m glad you are going to a meeting. Maybe going to some meetings is what you need the most. I hope you feel better soon!!
