I had to go into my shop today to fill some orders and walked by the master bedroom and my wife was on the phone with her bf having phone sex. Her eyes were closed and her body was squirming while her hand was in her pants. I just shook my head in disgust and walked out the door.
I looked at the calender and I noticed she has an appointment with her lawyer tomorrow. I am sure it will be an eye opening experience for her!
I contacted my two older sisters and they told me not to sign anything, not to do anything, until I run it by them first! I sent them my journal entry for yesterday. Both of them went through divorce themselves so they know whats involved, like many of you here.
I felt good when I read all of your responses and it's nice knowing I have so much support and I felt a little better knowing my two big sisters have my back!
The yelling and crying stopped today and she actually acted in a civil manner. I swear the menopause has something to do with the way she acts and reacts to things!
Her dr didn't want to put her on hormone therapy due to the cancer risks so that means I have to suffer the consequences of that decision.

So sorry you are having to deal with her selfish behavior!! I get hormonal myself. That makes me emotional, weepy, angry, etc. But not selfish!! I love my husband and would never do something like this to him. I don\'t mean to sound harsh, but don\'t make excuses for her. No offense, but I would have her stuff packed up and escort her to the door! Sheesh! How rude can anyone be to be having phone sex with you in the house!!!
I agree with your sisters. I know money is tight but take deep breaths, get a 2nd opinion. Don\'t make any quick, rash decisions.
YOU are better than this! You deserve better than this! She does not deserve you. don\'t forget that!
Get a killer divorce lawyer ASAP. DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE until you\'ve spoken to one. Her behavior isn\'t normal.

My thought about the phone sex...why did she not close her door? She wanted torment you? This is not rational behavior. The woman is selfish and not a decent human being.
I agree with the above - do not move out of the house. If she does then change the locks and if she wants any of her person belongings she will have to get a police officer to come with her with proper court order. But person items only until the divorce is settled.

Thankyou all, I appreciate all of your support. I can\'t really afford a lawyer but my sisters are like my personal advisors. She is at the lawyers office right now so I am anxious to hear about it when she gets home :(

I have to see my ex when he comes to visit my son and that\'s enough to drive me to drink or worse! That woman is straight up hateful! Having phone sex w/her new boyfriend??? Really?
