bad day

OK So wife lost her client when her agency decided to drop the lady she was taking care of.  Kinda glad actually, between the client and the long travel,  it was extremely stressful for her.  Now she is out of work until they can place her somewhere else so money is very tight again!
I had a customer complaint from someone who didn't read the description so he received something other then what he thought he thought he purchased so now he wants a refund.  That comes at a time when I have to try to hang on to what little money I have!  I think I may tell him to send the stuff back to me but I will try to stall him as much as possible.
I guess I could use some prayers and I could use some faith for myself.

Hang in there! It sounds like you are going through a very stressful time finance wise, but as that storms around you, remember that you\'re not alone, millions of people are suffering along with you in that area. And better finance woes than extreme health problems or worse, a lack of love in your life. You\'re in my prayers!

As you said your wife\'s loss of employment maybe for the better in the end. With winter weather coming it was not going to be a better drive for her.
Regarding the disguntled buyer - what is his history of purchasing and YES he should return the item at his cost. I had a transaction to Alaska which was not cheap to ship and she complained that the item did not work so I told her to ship it back...never heard from her again and never received a bad comment either.

Sounds frustrating...and easy to worry especially right before the holidays. I hope she finds something even better and your business improves
