update

Even though my dog doesn't look it, I think she has actually lost about a pound of that fluid weight thanks to those pills.  I weighed her this morning and she was at 28 pound.  about 3 days ago she was 29.
The wife was offered a job quite a distance from where we live and I was surprised she took it but she said she would be getting paid milage.  I am a little concerned because of the age of our car and the costs of keeping it running to use daily like that.  Especially with winter coming.
I want to emphasize how much I appreciate everyones thoughts and prayers. Tried to thank each individually but hope I didn't miss anyone.
Love you all

Best of luck to you (business, dog, wife\'s job, car, etc.) Praying that things are getting better all around! Hopefully your wife getting this job with ease some of the financial stress, get her out of the house for a bit and help calm her. Take care!

Great news! Great your dog is seeing benefits from the meds. What should she weigh?
Wonderful that your wife found employement and hopefully the car will hold together and we have the mild winter you have been \"promising\" Also working will keep her resume current while she looks for something closer to home. It seems to be easier to get a job when you have a job for some strange reason.

Understand why your wife took the job - since they are all so scare these days. I hope it works out for you two.

Hope your dog is doing okay - despite the weight loss. Have a great day!
