update

I overdid it yesterday and I paid a price for it in the evening.  Extreme soreness in my arms shoulders and neck!  I went against doctors order to do nothing and I walked a mile.
So today I did nothing but sit around the house.  I find I am healing incredibly fast! It's amazing how I can have a paralyzed arm one minute with excruciating pain, and be almost all healed 3 days later!
I believe in the power of prayer.
