I know you can do it - just take it one day at a time. I have to lose a bit, myself - so I am in the same boat as you are. I am starting with a new diet tomorrow (i tend to do better with obtaining my weight loss goal if I start on the weekend) - which I am too crabby to think about anyway (AF has arrived).
I will be happy to cheer for you and give you any pep talk you may need. Some great cheat food while dieting: sugar free jello, any soup that is broth based (no cream) loaded wigh veggies/poultry - limited in noodles, sugar free pudding (if you love chocolate - this does take that craving away), sugar free popsicles/fudgsicles, creamsicles (instead of ice cream). I also use many different seasonings and spices when I am cooking chicken breasts or turkey.
Anyway = I had to let you know I am cheering you on. I am doing the same thing that you are - so I guess we are partners in diet.
