today is not too busy.I did most of my work already until the mail comes in..
Victor actually noticed this morning that I have lost weight.That made me feel good.So now I know I will stick to it even more.
I am taking off of work Friday to go to the hospital.My sister in law is having her baby.They will induce Friday morning.I have had so many mixed emotions about being there.I have to do it.I want to be there for her and my baby brother.They are always there for me.PLus I want to welcome their baby boy into the world.I know it will be hard and I will probably cry more than anyone but I will be strong.I have to stop being selfish and move on.Say a prayer for me.I dont want to break down on such a special day for them.

You will make it through the day Friday. You are a strong person. I know your brother and your sister in law are going to be happy that you are there supporting them. Congrats on losing weight! Keep up the good work.
