Today is ok.I am a bit stressed out but better than yesterday evening.I am starting to get stressed about everything.I dont want to be on medicine again so I have to figure out how to handle thing better. Its no help when your husband (the man who is supposed to be there for you no matter what) thinks that you are always supposed to be happy and stress free and never, never cry..Well I cant be his super woman.I'm human,I have feelings and emotions and I cry..Bottom line.Maybe he's the one with the problem.I cant help it if I am sensitive.I always have been.Anyway things have to get better.I have to learn how to let things go sometimes.I want to be happy and enjoy my life.
I had a dream last night.I lived in a beautiful house with a porch across the front.I lived in the woods with a beautiful yard and I had the PERFECT husband. He was there for me,he loved me and he took care of me.What a dream!!!

that would be a great dream if it was a true one ,yeah it doesn\'t help that his thinking is way off kilter,don\'t seek hus approval obviously this is a man of not much feeling and sensitivity towards you and your feelings, maybe he brings you down hun ever think that could be part of your problems?Hugs,Kim
I meant to say his I type to fast,Hugs,Kim
I would suggest going to some couples counseling. It\'s hard to have a normal marriage after a tragedy like the one you experienced so you might need some help. He may have a problem dealing with his emotions and seeing you cry reminds him of the emotions he is trying to repress. I cried too last night as I watched House, if any show would make me cry it was that one. As for stressing, I would suggest some relaxing music 1/2 hr to 1 hr a day (if you can squeeze in the time) or meditation. I\'ve heard yoga is really good even though I\'ve never done it. Exercise in general has helped me deal with stress better especially kickboxing and soccer. Being a part of a team has been really great for me b/c I\'m able to get out of the house a couple of times a week and chat with \"the girls\" while getting exercise and relieving stress. Hope this helped. You\'re in my thoughts and prayers always and I hope you and your husband can get through this tough time.
You have a right to your feelings. Don\'t ever cover them up or fake being something you are not. I\'ve done that and it is destructive. It destroyed me and my relationship. Your feelings are totally normal and understandable given what\'s happened to you and the situation with your husband. Stay in touch with yourself, with how you feel.
