Tracy hun that is because men just arent as sensitive as we woman are and they think what is done is done not all men but seems your husband does, you mourn the loss as long as you need to,Hugs Hun,Kim
this happened with us too, and all three times. i finally found some comfort by asking him if he ever thought about the baby, and he said \"of course.\" this kind of opened up communications between us for more talk about how we both feel. it\'s been 4 weeks for us too, and you\'d never know it from my husband. try to draw it out of him, because it will help to know that you two stand together against your troubles. best wishes.
I too started spotting four weeks ago and found out four days later that the baby\'s heart stopped beating. I would have been 13 weeks this week. It\'s so hard to go through something like this and I\'m sure we\'ll always be sad about what happened but time will heal you. It won\'t ever completely go away, it will be a part of you forever but it\'s important not to let it consume you b/c then you will never heal. My pastor said that there is no timeline to grief and everyone grieves in a different way. Men are different in that they can\'t really talk about bad things that happen. It\'s not that your husband doesn\'t grieve, it\'s that he doesn\'t know what to say or how to share his feelings. My husband is the same way. If I bring it up, he says that he doesn\'t want to talk about it. I think for him it is easier to forget b/c he doesn\'t want to confront his feelings. Don\'t hold it against your husband or think that he doesn\'t care, he\'s just scared to admit that this was devastating for him too. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you will have a good day tomorrow!
