Random thoughts

Today a friend wrote. He said benzos are a very bad idea because you can get addicted so easily. I say they're a crutch. They're not supposed to solve your life. Only you can do it through a change in attitude.
My counsellor should know this. Apparently I have made her life difficult for the past couple of months because I resist her. She said that unless I change my attitude I won't be able to benefit from the therapy. Ouch. She said I try to control everything. Maybe it's my way not to get hurt. I guess I also bite before I'm bitten. I want to change my attitude. I want a new life. I want my freedom.
