6 Months Smoke Free Goal Complete
Hello.... Yep I'm still not smoking.... about 30 seconds ago though if there'd been some body trying to give me a cig I'd have had a rough time saying no... no... NO.... but I'd have done it.... I miss my cigs... but I am so glad I quit... I'm writing this post to encourage those of yall thinking about it to keep thinking that way... Talk to me... I won't lie to you and say its easy... I honestly am glad I quit... LOL There's lots of ways to quit... none of them are easy but all I can keep saying is I'm glad I did and I'd love for you to join me. Just think about it.
