6 Months

I can not believe it's been 6 months already.
I had Cruse councling start today. I had mixed feelings about having it at first but afterwards I think it's the right time to take those steps.
I still think and talk to you every day. The pain has gotten worse over the last couple of days and the tears keep rolling when they need to.
People keep telling me how strong I am and how much I have done in such a short time. Wish I could see it, I feel like I'm scraping past each day and functioning like a robot. Sticking to a routine for the girls and keeping them close to me. It breaks my heart when the youngest keeps saying she lost her daddy. The eldest doesn't like talking about daddy as it hurts her too much. All I can do is keep comforting them and pass on my memories of him. Photos we hold dear to our hearts.
Been told that I have to be kind to myself as it's still early days into a very long journey.
