how to pass a 6 minute walk test Wednesday, August 27, 2014 | A Call For Help story
I have an unusual question - I am trying to get a lung transplant and am through all the tests but the 6 minute walk (I am on 24/7 oxygen 6 LPM) - but Even with 10 mg of steroids I can't seem to pass the 6 minute walk - has anyone known of any doctors that raise the steroids so that I can pass the test - or is there anything else that can be done - any info is appreciated.

Roe, please read my comment on your post. Go to your lung doctor and ask the questions I put down. If you passed all the other tests but this one, the doctor will be interested in helping you do this one, because their job is to get you eligible for the medical board approval.
