Dear Roger
OK so you took care of all this irrigation stuff where the heck is it? Why is it turning out to be a mess????
I know you appeased Bill to keep his eccentric idiot head down but as I have been told I am woman. SO what do I do? I am praying to you and the Lord to keep this from getting a little less dramatic than it has become. I certainly did not anticipate all of this anger from Bill.
SO if you can send a boot down to boot his butt down a notch can you please,
I am so proud of me for trying to find out the legal ways to do this - all of these agencies (men) have given me kudos for my involvement in getting educated. They thought it was cool I walked the stream wading all the way - asking many questions - giving my ideas and opinions. Josh said I was pretty educated on stuff unusual for a woman but when I told him I had a range degree and did riparian surveys for a few yrs we talked about his wife and what she was doing similar. It felt good to converse with some one in the natural resource field again. But in doing so I did not realize I was stepping on toes that have been run-a-muck in overuse and wrongful use of the resources (Bill) so am I in danger? I honestly felt I may be last night. Especially is he gets to drinking. So please protect me, and get my life back to an even keel again with smiles not this...

I am so sorry that you are having to deal with all of these unnecessary problems. Like you don\'t have enough on your plate. I don\'t know enough
about irrigation to put my 2 cents worth in,but I can tell you that I will
be praying for you. I do hope things get better for you .

You are doing your very best in a hard situation----be proud that you have done what needs to be done. I am hoping this will result in less drama for you and that you will be safe and situation quickly resolved. It is hard to deal in these areas that we didn\'t have to before------but way to go!
If you are seriously concerned maybe you should talk to someone in authority. I have no idea what this guy, Bill, is thinking or doing, but you need to keep yourself safe. Hope I\'m overreacting, but your journal kind of frightened me. Sharon
Diane, You are really scaring us with this guy. I think it may be time to at least make the autorities aware that this man is volotle. I was married (first time) to a man like that, and it is nothing to fool with. If you are at ALL uncomfortable than your gut is telling you something as well as Roger is telling you something. You are a tough strong woman, and the MEN you have dealt with with this issue and the eduation you have gotten ON YOUR OWN tells you that if it doesn\'t feel right...than it IS NOT RIGHT.

I am being honest. I am scared of Bill now. My intuition told me this is out of control. SO I have contact legal authorities. I have contact other neighbors who have been willing to have me call day or night to come over. The sheriff is coming by off and on for now, and I am to contact him once Dept of Ecology renders a decision (we believe will not be happy on his water use and mine use too but I am doing it to find what is the legal use right we must follow), and we know he will blame that decision on me but it was decided in court in 1995-1997. One neighbor is going to try and feel Bill out just how P#@$ off he is - and how he is handling it.
SO I have my antenna\'s up, and my dog has never liked him - she will alert me when he is around - and my gun is ready (seriously) AND I certainly am praying I will never have to use it.
Thanks for letting me get this off my mind and chest ---- talking it out settles me down too.
