well.. had mental health crisis team out to see me today and assess my situation. to be honest it was just people talking on and on it was hard to take in. tommorow they are sending out a psychiatrist and social services to assess me further..
dont really know what to think to be honest. still feel like im on a different planet. feel numb and confused about everything.

I am sorry to hear you have had a trying day. All of this assessing sounds as if it is giving you m ore to b depressed about than it is doing any good. I don\'t wish you to go the hospital psych ward, but it may be necessary for at least a little while. They can help to maintain your physical health as well as your mental health and it sounds like you need some time away from your present environment so if they suggest you stay a few days or weeks at the hospital I think that might do you some good. Take time to clear your head and find the meds you need if you have a medical issue--please stay in touch so we can all know where and how you are--wishing you a better day tomorrow---love and hugs gradmom
