OK PEEPS, AN ANNIVERSARY I'LL NEVER FORGET! #29I wanted my hair extra nice so I thought a cut, dye & highlights right? Then, since I am trying to quit biting my nails, I bought fakes to super glue on to look nice and also help me not to bite. Here's the funny part.......my hairdresser wasn't available so I had to take another one. Showed her the haircut, she didn't get it quite right. She dyed it ok tho but was so slow I said forget the highlights. Got a highlight kit to do myself. Yep, you guessed it, my dark brown hair with blonde highlights IS ALL RED. I MEAN ALL RED, NO DARK BROWN ANYWHERE. Ok so I can live with the red hair as I've been red before and it is a nice shade of red.....on to the nails. Super glue in hand, I began to match the nails to the correct size and glue. Oh great! 3 ended up crooked! Not to mention they were so long I could use them for skewers! This is not the effect I was going for for my 29th anniversary.OK, again, not to panic. I figure I will attend church in the morning (today) red head held high and styled nicely as possible with a wrong cut and just flail my hands about so no one will notice the 3 crooked nails. Survived all that....got home, cut the "human skewers" back to a normal length and filed. So I shall survive but this is an anniversary to not soon be forgotton. SHEEZ! All I could hear in my head was the verse in the Bible where King Solomon is saying "all is vanity". Yep, got it.ROFLOL Love to all
