My memory is shot really badly as of late. Is that a flare or am I going insane? If I go insane will I know it? Or if I've already arrived at insanity how can I tell? ROFLOL
I've been telling the Dr. that I can remember if I've showered or just gotten in! I mean really! I keep apply soap and water just in case. Further, I keep forgetting about deoderant so I am double applying possibly on that as well. SHEEZ. Thank God make up is visible or I'd probably double up on that too! ROFLOL Do you people do this? Is it another whatever or just a flare or just more FM?
I keep losing my thoughts and getting side tracked. I mean this is ridiculous! The above things are actually happening. I am standing in the shower and I know I am wet but I can't remember if I showered or just began! SHEEZ!
I know, I just figured out the solution! I will put a ink pen mark on my hand and leg and if they are still there, I will know I have BEGAN to shower and if they are GONE I will know I have finished. YEAH! I JUST SOLVED THE RIDDLE! ROFLOL ROFLOL ROFLOL

I get in and can\'t remember if i am washing out the shampoo or the conditioner. I am very forgetful lately! Makes you feel crazy! Gotta go inflict more pain on my body another dental appt at 1pm and i pay for this pain, no insurance! the only part of my body that doesnt hurt and i\'m gonna go pay to make it when i just want to sleep
That is the crazy Fibro Fog... usually means you aren\'t getting enough sleep. (good sleep). I do it all the time! It only made me crazy the first 20 years, after that I couldn\'t rememeber so there wasn\'t a problem anymore (giggle). A good sign of being sane is that you think you are insane...if you think you ARE, well sorry you\'re NOT!
But it does get costly when you double up on everthing cuz you use twice as much!

Flare....Insanity. In my opinion they are one and the same. I feel crazy when I do the stuff you are talking about, too. I could go on and on about the things I have forgotten this week. Thank God for my planner! Without it I would be lost! I write everything down, so the pen idea is a good one...I\'ll try it. But what about our hair?
CHRINICH, KEEPINGON, ADLL - Well, my hair cut is one that spikes up all over so I can tell if I didn\'t do it! ROFLOL Also, the roots remind me to dye it but I do have to look for the face on the box as my color # is who knows let alone what shade. Brown something or other. ROFLOL
Yes, my dentist said the term \"virgin\" on my last visit at which point I dead eyed him and said \"what at my age could possibly be virgin?\" He rolled. He informed me that the 1 tooth I have that has not been worked on he will be repairing. Hmmmmm, shouldn\'t I get paid since I am the one losing my only virgin tooth? ROFLOL
Hmmmm, maybe I ain\'t insane, I did pass the Dr. Oz test on memory on Oprah today. But can\'t remember the freakin\' thing NOW! SHEEZ! Talk about short term memory! ROFLOL
Now I\'m laughing so hard I can\'t remember what I was gonna write...Oh yes, on May 5th I went to an anointing Mass because I felt my bowel obstruction was coming back, yesterday I had the small bowel study and today before 9AM, the doctors office called me and told me ALL CLEAR, No Obstruction! So I called Fr Terrien, and let him know, they also have relics to St. Jude and St. Peregrine which I venerated that night, and had prayer team pray over me...I\'m a good Catholic girl..I Am, I left no stone unturned..Praise God it worked...so surgery for me ! Yeah!
I knew you\'d appreciate this, I have always prayed for others, but rarely have had myself prayed over! I don\'r know why , it always works!

And yes, I am currently on lexapro. I have been on it for about 2 years, and it does help me, except when I go into a flare like this.

Laugher doeth good like a medicine the Bible says and science proves it. So, laugh on, girl, laugh on. I will up date my journal and tell the latest hysterical life I am living. KANNE - Flare, does your dr give you a short dosage of steriods for the flare? That will usually help. I just got a script as I am \"SHOCK\" in a flare myself.
