Feeling good
I am feeling happy this past few days. Its good that mt stbx is away with the boys for cub scout camp. I am hanging out with my daughter and spending quality time. We are have the same sense of humor so its been really fun hangin out with her. We went out to dinner a couple of times and we saw 22 Jump Street last nite.
My oldest son came home last nite, because he has football practice this week.
Now I get to spend with both them.
My apartment is all set up, The boys have there own room and my daughter has hers. The kids like it there because its clean and organize. It doesn't stay that way when they come over, but that is fine. I know the feel comfortable in our apartment. I keep telling them it's our apartment.
I am talking more to my friends and going out more. The kids think I do not have a life and I spend a lot of time with them. Good that they see that, I told them they are my number one priority and if I could, I would spend all my free time with them. All they see from her is how she goes out every chance she gets. Most of the time, when I drop the kids off, they say "Of course mom is not here".
I wish I can go to the gym more, because of the end of school activities its been hard. As soon as everything settles down, I should have a regular schedule for workouts.
I want to start dating again. I have joined a dating site. We will see how that goes.
I would be this way without DS, the people here are wonderful. I have grown close to some and have become really good friends. I so glad I found this site.

I was in the exact same place about a year ago. I remember having to get the rooms/beds together for my kids when they would come and visit. It was a bit stressful for me, but I made it and so will you.
I\'m enjoying some quality time with my little girl too. She dropped her cell phone in the toilet last night and I asked her, \"Don\'t you know it\'s dangerous to text and poop?\" We both started laughing and share the same sense of humor too. Your situation really resonates with my own.
You are doing great and you will come out the other side a much stronger man. Good luck on the dating. I know it\'s tough. If it does not produce the results, stop looking. When you stop looking is when I have found it smacks you right upside the head. ;)
I guess I should preface that about a year ago is when I was able to get out an apartment and move into my house. It was a lot of hard work painting and getting it all prepared for my kids. They are very appreciated and love the personal.
